My sister Melissa and her husband Jon invited us to go with them for the weekend to Jon's parents' cabin. It was beautiful, relaxing, away from the world, and a lot of fun to be with their family. For some reason I didn't get a picture of the outside, but it is so pretty. The kind of cabin we all dream of.
We went on that snowy weekend a few weeks ago and were nervous we might get stuck up there... but we probably wouldn't have minded.
It is a three-level cabin with a loft.
One of the best parts of the cabin was being with my cute nephews. They have tons of energy and are fun to be around. Korver (above) must have gone up and down the stairs a million times, and Ethan and Seth (below) were obsessed with the "poof" (aka lovesac).
One night we even had a dance! This should be done more often, it was way fun.
I know Melissa' eyes are closed, but I love the picture of their family. For some reason the picture is just a perfect description of them.
